Get a matte eyeshadow in the same color as the liner and use an angled eyeliner brush, you can get them pretty cheap, and take some of the eyeshadow on the brush and press it into the gel liner that’s already on the bottom. So basically just re-line your eye with the powder shadow. Hopefully that makes more sense!

Set it with a powder eyeshadow! Use an angled eyeliner brush and press it into the liner on your lower lash line that way it won’t smudge and it should stay much longer
